Construction technology consulting
Industrial technology, built into homes.
SNH Global Consulting helps builders, developers and owners bring proven industrial methods into residential construction: screw-pile foundations, insulated concrete, industrial solar and 3D-printed walls. The result is shorter schedules, smaller crews and lower cost.
Bring industrial methods home.
You are planning a build
A new home, an addition or a development. We show you which industrial systems fit the site and the budget, and what they save you.
See the technology →You run a building business
We help contractors and developers add these methods to the way they already work, from first selection through to crews on site.
How we work with you →The Edge
The methods are proven. Home builders are rarely shown them.
Industrial sites have spent decades refining how to build faster, with fewer people and tighter tolerances. Residential construction has barely drawn on that work, and the people who know both worlds are rare. We do, and we help you use it.
Regulated-industry discipline
Two decades under pressure-equipment regulation and strict safety cultures. On a house that means documented inspections, verified tolerances and no shortcuts.
Sourcing at project scale
Industrial work teaches how to buy high-specification material worldwide at a sound cost. We bring that supplier knowledge to windows, insulation systems and mechanicals.
Turnaround-style planning
In a plant shutdown every hour is costly. We apply the same critical-path planning to residential schedules, so projects finish on time and on budget.
The Technology
Four industrial systems for residential building.
Each one is something our founder has specified, installed or supervised on industrial projects. We help you decide where it fits and how to put it in place.
Helical screw piles
Steel posts turned to engineered bearing depth. No open excavation, no waiting on concrete cures, and useful where soils are poor or an addition is planned.
Insulated concrete forms
Foam insulation outside, a solid poured-concrete core between. Continuous insulation, an airtight envelope, better sound and fire resistance, and a faster single pour.
Industrial solar
High-output and bifacial panels with the mounting systems used on commercial sites, adapted to roofs, fences and outbuildings to cut running costs.
3D-printed building
Robotic printers lay down walls layer by layer. Fewer people are needed on site and the wall system goes up in less time than conventional framing.
How We Work
From first question to crews on site.
We stay with a project or a business until the new method is working in practice, not only on paper.
Assess
We review your project or your business: site conditions, plans, trades, budget and where time and labour are going today.
Match the technology
We recommend the systems that suit your site and goals, and tell you plainly where a conventional method is still the better choice.
Build the business case
We compare the new method against your current one for build time, crew size and cost, so the saving is clear before you commit.
Specify and source
We prepare specifications, bring in engineering where it is needed, and connect you with vetted, certified suppliers and installers.
Implement and support
We support the first builds on site, train your crews, and help you carry the method into the rest of your work.
Who We Help
Less time, fewer people, lower cost.
We consult for anyone who builds or plans to build, and we measure the work by what it saves you. The same methods help a single owner-builder and a multi-site developer.
Builders & contractors
Add a new capability to your business, win work others cannot price, and keep your crews busy on skilled tasks.
Developers
Shorten schedules across a development and reduce the labour risk that delays handovers.
Owner-builders
Plan a single home with the right foundation, walls and energy systems from the start, and avoid expensive mistakes.
Business owners
Bring screw piles, insulated concrete, solar or printed construction into your own company, with the training and supplier contacts to run it.
The Team
Industrial construction on one side, financial discipline on the other.
SNH Global Consulting pairs two disciplines. Every recommendation is checked twice: once for how well it can be built, and once for what it saves.
